Rough sex outa of the question yes or no ?

Is it just me or does rough sex not feel the same no more like I'll break out in a sweat hot flashing cramping like my periods gonna start I might feel like a need to throw up or depending on how hot things get I will throw up ! No bleeding tho  Is this normal I'm a little over six weeks with no health insurances so I'm asking you guys all my questions untill i figure out a away to go check on my baby
