Does anybody know what this is?? help.

A little TMI but I attached a picture. The top left is on my left side On my inner thigh. The others are on my right Really close to my vagina like I mean really Close!! And then very little ones.. Does anybody have an idea??? I'm almost 12 wk pregnant & would love some advice !  Also the one on my left has been there for a while! The one on my right showed up almost a week and a half ago... Idk what in the world it is
