HELPPP!Some tmi pictures

So heres the story my last period was dec.25-30 never late I expected my period jan 25 it did not show. I had spotting or it looked like spotting on jan27-29 (3day light and only when i wiped) on jan 31 i notice eggwhite discharge for about 3-5 days i have taken multiple hpt and all came back negative so on feb 8 which makes my period 2 weeks late i took a blood test and the also came back negative with <1 hcg count. At this point i am so confused had some symptoms like lower back and pelvic pain sore boobs heartburn and mild on and off cramping? Has this ever happened to anyone and came to find out your pregnant? Should i be concerned at this point i am as of today 16 days late from period.
