Have my 1at ultrasound

Next week and I'm feeling extremely nervous about it I feel as if something isn't going to go right and for the past couple of weeks feel as if my babies stopped growing (please don't judge) I lost my first baby when I went for my 12 week scan and had the same anxiety during my second pregnancy with my daughter. Has anyone else felt like this I also feel like I can't get attached to my bean yet in case the worst outcome happens and I'm right although I know I'll still be gutted.
