Is it normal?

Holly • Hi! I`m 21 years young! School full time, while I work part time. I have the most amazing boyfriend in the world, we are like each others best friends and couldn`t be any more happier! ♡
Is it normal to be 12 weeks and 6 days pregnant feel like your not pregnant? I have a little baby bump, but i just don't feel pregnant. I've lost weight but I've also been drinking only water and stopped eating out?
