Early pregnancy bleeding please help! Contains TMI

Ok so yesterday i got my FP and i started bleeding (pink and red pics) today not so much pink but brown instead(brown pic). I went to the emergency room because last time I found out i was pregnant and bled, i had an ectopic preg. They said my hcg levels were at 11 so they must have dropped if i was able to get a FP hpt. My test was really faint, nonetheless, positive. Any answers or has anyone gone through this or has goone through? Please i need some advic or insight. The bleeding has stopped for now.
