Boy or girl???

Hey y'all it's my first pregnancy and I've hit my 20 weeks and 3 days today my ultra sound appointment is next week I was just curious is it true that when finding out the gender it can come out different when u give birth like its a possibility the gender can change!? That's what I've been reading about ugh maybe I'm reading into negativity too much
