What Supplements did anyone take getting pregnant with positive result

Hi there I'm 46 year been trying for year and a half, been told I have low egg reserve of 0.04,

What if any herbs or natural supplements has anyone take and gotten pregnant with good effect.

I was told second time round by gyno that my blood work showed my progesterone had drop slightly than last time and other hormones are working more.

I my in need of any hope anyone can give me as my time is running out.

At the moment I've been taking

Vit C
Vit B6
Maca
Unbibional 
Royal jelly
Shatavari 
Cod liver oil

Any thing else other than these as a different opinion to try, please comment

My amh was good and all other numbers were good it still wasn't happening for us. So we decided to go ivf with a donor egg. Worked first try. I am now 10 weeks 2 days pregnant.

It was a stuggle we had a loss last year and had surgeries to find anything holding us back and nothing. We became frustrated and decided this was our best option of getting our miracle.

I read Vitamin D, Folic acid, bee pollen, royal jelly, DHA and DHEA. DHEA has mixed reviews and some serious side effects. Not wanting a deeper voice and hair on my face. Eek. Of course it depends on the person. Only take at the advice of your doctor. I have also heard acupuncture and fertility yoga. I am 42 and we are trying to conceive our first.. and plan our wedding at the same time lol. We have been together 6 yrs and all of the sudden he decided he wanted it all. Something my doctor told me the other day for women over 40 that CoQ10 helps with cell division. Going to add to my prenatal and hope that my next pregnancy will be healthy! Best of luck to all!!

I have Accupuncture to started off every week for 8 weeks then fortnightly, then weekly, but haven't had any since Christmas. I'm 3 days away from my period, mostly every month I spot bleed in the middle of my cycle on and off until I come on. This month I'm not had any spotting ..... Baby dust everyone xx

Hi Janet, no period arrived 4 days later, maybe baby dust next for us both and all the ladies out there trying for a bundle of joy. I've just started doing reflexology, only had treatment twice now, fingers crossed it helps xx
