Roommate and both pregnant

So my best friend since 7th grade asked about us being roommates, she already has two boys and pregnant with 3rd baby and She is going through a divorce. No I'm 29 weeks pregnant and it'd be nice to get a house and have more room with a washer and dryer lol, but there are times where I like to be alone. Now don't get me wrong she is staying with me now temporarily at my apartment due to moving and she's been great. I still have my space or schedules don't collide so we get to have alone time if needed. But like I said there are times I like to have my place to myself--I can be a loner sometimes. Anyone ever been in this situation and did it work out?
