Tubes tied...?

So I'm having a planned c section and my SO have decided this is our last (it's our 3rd). Anyway I am considering tying my tubes...has anyone on here done this? Or is anyone considering doing it?

I'm getting my tubes tied after baby girl gets here, because I'm 33 and I feel my family is complete. I have 3 boys and now getting a girl, and physically and emotionally I know 4 kids is enough for me:) and I feel at peace with my decision.

We are having our second after a 7 year gap. This is definitely our last. My husband is all for a vasectomy so he'll be getting done. However, if I end up needing a c-section I'll have her tie my tubes while she's in there. She said no sense going through that if my husband is willing.

I am also pregnant with our third and will be having a csection. We decided it is our last as well. But our circumstances are different as to why we decided this. Our oldest is 4, our second child passed away when she was 2 months old from a congenital heart defect that was undetected. This baby we are pregnant with now also has a heart defect. But his is very very severe (hypoplastic left heart) . Requiring multiple surgeries or transplant soon after birth. We feel like we can't deal with the heartache of having another child with a heart defect even though we would love lots of kids. The emotional toll it has taken on our marriage is hard. It's also a difficult decision to make to tie my tubes because I'm only 26. My husband is 32 but I'm still so young. I'm literally going to tell them to just take my uterus cuz the heartache is so great.
