Ugh! Need a rant sorry!

This is my second baby and I feel like the midwifes don't care about me as it's my second, with my first they were very supportive but this time I don't feel like they are... even my health visitor turned round to me and said oh your pregnant again as if it was a bad thing... maybe it's just my hormones .... I'm having a few complications but the midwife hasn't even told me what it actually is either..
