I voted for Pavan. I have a Thai family member named Anan (sounds similarly when you pronounce it) and like it a lot.

I think Devan sounds good. It sounds a bit English like Devon and South Indian too ;) I'm looking a neutral anglicized name for my baby but I don't know if it's a boy or a girl, so searching for both! Lol
