Mirena IUD 👏👌

Went and got my Mirena put in on Friday. Definitely felt uncomfortable/painful for a minute during insertion but the nurse in the room with me was so wonderful, fanning me and talking to distract from the pain. Overall, it was super quick and not too painful. Had a bit of cramping and spotting on the way home but that passed quickly too. I am officially in love. My doctor told me if he had an award for highest pain tolerance he'd give it to me 💪 felt like a champ
