HCG never doubled, but didnt miscarry until 3 weeks later was it a chemical pregnancy?" /> My hcg was 56 before missed AF. Weeks later it was only 93 and progesterone dropped to a 1 from 18 before missed AF.

A chemical happens before your missed period and and you start your regular period when it's due.. if you missed your period and then bled it was a miscarriage

Not true. A chemical pregnancy happens when your levels never reach a high to where the pregnancy can be seen. Hence it being a chemical pregnancy. 93 is no where near enough to see anything, I'm sorry it was a chemical. That being said, it is still a loss. I believe it is a miscarriage as well  because that was conception. Good luck, it's technically a chemical.

This is what my doctor told me was considered a chemical pregnancy, any pregnancy never seen on an US or doppler.   My miscarriage at 7.5 weeks was considered a chemical because there was no evidence, other then chemically, that I was pregnant.   But just because we call them chemical pregnancies doesn't mean they don't count.
