Sex advice

Okay so I gotta rant.. Before getting pregnant me and my fiancé used to have sex allllll the time. Like crazy. And then I got pregnant and it's like a chore for him. I'm constantly asking to have sex. I struggled with an eating disorder for YEARS and it's so hard to not feel like he's repulsed by my new body. I'm almost 31 weeks pregnant. He says all the time "I love you being pregnant" and "I want you pregnant all the time" and I'm just like uhhhhh then SHOW IT! Anybody else have this issue?? I cry all the time bc of it. 😒 it's so hard feeling unwanted all the time. He's affectionate with hand holding and stuff like that but sex? Not anymore. At all. Helppppp
