Lactation

Has anyone lactated that wasn't pregnant? I started lactating right after my period ended this cycle. I had sex on the 6th & he came in me, I started bleeding a reddish orange EWCM looking period on the 12th. It was average the first day, then just spotting with a little average the second day. Yesterday I had very little pinkish orange spotting, today brown spotting that's very very very light. I took a pregnancy test yesterday at 5pm, it was negative as well as the one I took with FMU on the 12th. I can't see my OBGYN till March 3rd. What is going on?
