Cramping confusion!!

I've been having period like cramps for a little over a week or so and only had a 2 days where I have ewcm with blood like I was about to start my period but nothing, just a little spotting! Kinda late on my period but I'm very irregular so it's kinda hard to tell. Not sure what to think, all test come back negative (ovulation & pregnancy) been ttc #1 for about 2 1/2 years, hoping for a miracle but not getting my hopes up! Anyone else have this problem?
