Cheating boyfriend

Me and boyfriend went to this party one Saturday night an he was feeling up other girls and touching their asses, he was very aware I knew cause a girl was sitting on his lap and I death stared him until she got off. I got mad at him but he tried telling me it's doesn't count as cheating so I said "so I'm allowed to touch another's guys dick as long as I don't kiss him" I need help ladies, we havnt talked since the party, was he in the wrong or have a I completely over though the whole situation !!
