Anyone in a sexless relationship?

Hi I am 32 y/o female, married 11 yrs. I tried everything to spice it up. I feel unhappy and deprived. i always initiate and finally stopped. no sex and it has been two weeks.  I am sure he can go longer w/out it. I guess i will sit back and count. we are in counseling but progression is slow. i am tired of talking about it. being vulnerable is a bad place to be

My SO and I don't have a completely celibate relationship . . . . I mean we had sex 4 times last year (which was twice as much as we had the year before that), but it's also been 5 months since we did it last :/

I know it isn't the same thing, but various sex toys can help relieve a little bit of tension. I have 6 lol

I also had a fwb on the side for about a year, but very few women can have a fwb and not get emotionally attached. It helped a lot though. He basically saved my relationship by allowing me a sexual outlet (and my SO knew about it and supported it). It's a little uncouth, but it's just a suggestion based on what's helped me.

Been there with my soon to be ex husband. I went almost 4 years. We had other issues too but that was the biggest for me. Lack of sex, wanting a baby, lack of emotions. I finally left him. I spoke to him many time about it and nothing changed. I loved him but I couldn't stay in a sexless and what felt like a loveless marriage. Hope you get everything worked out.

I'm sorry that you are going through this.i went through this after 12 years of marriage .I just turned it on my husband .I would sleep naked and when he wanted it I wouldn't give it  after a month of that our sex life got better to 4 times a week .gl
