Decreased symptoms?

4w and 4 days today. Just got my bfp on Friday. My breasts have stopped hurting. I know symptoms come and go. Anyone experiencing something similar? Can someone ease my mind?

You are only still very early. The only symptoms you might get in nausea or breast tenderness. They might be there one day and gone the next and back the day after. All is fine. 4 weeks is super early

My bloating and headaches eased and I have yet to feel other symptoms. I feel nauseous but mainly because I'm so concerned.
