Doctors and such. Help, and opinions.

I am 4w4d with my third pregnancy. Last one ended in miscarriage, but my doctor didn't seem to care.. I see woman who have had previous miscarriages have blood work and early ultrasounds to ensure the baby is okay. Should I look for a different doctor? My doctor has me scheduled for my first appointment, ultrasound and lab work all at 9w3d. I know that has normal with my first but not for my rainbow. It just feels like a long time to wait.
