Dry CM during O? 🤔

My scheduled ovulation was for the 9th of this month through the 16th. However, my cm was very dry when normally I have the typical fertile cm during those dates. I did, however, have fertile cm earlier during the week of the 4th through the 10th.  Is it possible that I ovulated early? If so, I'm thinking that would be too early to O. My last period was 11 days late and it showed about a week and a half before I had the fertile cm. normally my cm is the other way around- dry first then produce cm. what could this be from?
