Idk what to do anymore!

Okay so imma try and keep this short. My 8 yr old daughter is in 3rd grade. About a month ago I had to have a parent teacher conference about her attitude and not paying attention. So we did that. Me and her teachers came to the conclusion she just doesn't care. She isn't listening at home or in school. I have taken things away she loves doing given chores everything I could think of. She kinda straighten up for about a week. Well today I get a call from her teacher once again telling me she had a English project due Jan 29th which she didn't bother doing. Every time she comes home she tells me no homework no homework no homework even looked thru her book bag seeing what she needed to do and she has nothing in there no books papers nothing she leaving it at school. Well I get that call today about the English project and then she comes home shows me her graded papers which she failed them all. I saw one of the test study guide which I didn't see before cuz she never brought it home and it was word for word like the test. Idk what to do with her. She is now punished for the rest of the school year. No TV no snacks no fun comes home does her homework eats dinner takes her bath n sits in her room til bed time. Can you mama's try n give me some pointers on what I can do? She truly just don't care. And I'm at my wits end with her.
