Diaper Rash?

We have been struggling for A LONG time now to keep my daughters bum from getting red. There are small raised oval like dots that get REALLY dry. I want to say it's like eczema. We've tried anti fungal and hydrocortisone creams, all kinds of diaper rash creams.... NOTHING HELPS! Any ideas what this could be? I'm desperate! 
We don't even use wipes anymore bc we thought it was the wipes. I'm out of ideas guys. Help!

My daughter is 8 weeks old and struggled with a stubborn diaper rash for 2 weeks. She is EBF so her poops were really watery and she was pooping all the time. I was literally changing her 15x a day. Here's what worked for us...change diaper frequently, run her butt under tepped water every change (yes, time consuming but you get it down quick). If you're out and about rinse off wipies at home and put in plastic bag to use. After rinse, pat dry with towel (even if out pat dry with a towel), then fan or let air dry. After that use Triple Paste (tried Butt Paste, A&D, Aquaphor -nothing worked). Triple Paste is kinda expensive but totally worth it. It's on Amazon for $16. $20 at target. Lastly, don't sinch diaper too tight. Took about 3 days to go away completely. We still run her butt under the water and pat dry so it doesn't come back -and it hasn't. This method also worked for my older daughter. Hope this helps.

I don't think it's an actual diaper rash tho. I don't know what it is! I've taken her to see the doc twice now. Maybe I should try a dermatologist? Agh!! We are already in Sensitive diapers. I just ordered Seventh Generation free and clear diapers. We'll see if that makes a difference. Wish I knew what was going on!

I know!  My little guy was bleeding (!!) a bit around his anus at his last change 😭  I have cream from the doctor but it seems to be making it worse.  We were using baby powder to keep it dry.  He's never done well with coconut oil for some reason.  I feel so bad for him.

I'm having the same problem. I was just going to post. Baby has a bad diaper rash. Don't know how it came about. I always slather her with stuff. Been trying everything to make it go away!

I use huggies natural care. 99%water wipes. You can use corn starch or baby powder to keep the moisture off her bum if it's diaper rash. It's what I use on my dd when she has a rash and when I want to prevent her bum from getting redder I use sudocream. But you want to keep it dry cuz yeast and bacteria can't grow in dry, wet is wonderful for them so the corn starch is good cuz it pulls the moisture away from the skin. I use it on my dd neck and her arm pits and behind her ears cuz no matter how much I dry after a bath it's never dry but a bit of the powder rubbed in and she's perfectly dry.

Do keep her bum clean. I use water wipes. Nothing but water and a tiny bit of grapefruit seed extract anti fungal. Other than that try to keep her diaper less for a while? I'm sorry!!
