Pregnancy related dreams

I did a round of Clomid this month and I am currently in my TWW (currently 10 DPO). My BFF just told me that she dreamt I was pregnant. Last Wednesday night I dreamt about 2 positive pregnancy tests and the Wednesday before that I dreamt of seeing my baby's face (a little boy). DH and I have been TTC for nearly 2 years. DH also says he "knows" I'm pregnant, as he can "sense and feel it". All pregnancy tests have been negative so far, but at 10 DPO, I'm not surprised they're negative. Does anyone have any insight as to what this could mean?
