Help! Nose ring!

It's been four weeks and was going to change from stud to ring. I guess it wasn't healed enough (I don't want lectures on that) and the hoop didn't go through. I took a slightly bigger needle and that went through but my hoop just won't!! I'm sitting here with a needle and toilet paper shoved up my nose, what do I do?!
