Pregnant ?!?

Had sex that week like 23 it ended and a couple times the following 3 weeks. Unprotected. Now period is now late 3 days.
Symptoms:
-Sore nipples ( normal cycle symptoms for me is breast tenderness but this is not breast it's only nipples)
-twinges in lower belly. A lot of them. Never felt this before. (today cramps in am thought I might get period but nothing no sign not even pink discharge nothing !)
-fatigue ( no matter how much I sleep never enough)
Took a test yesterday neg
Could I still be????!
