I want to start a new birth control method
So I've been on the pill for a couple years but I'm always forgetting to take it. I heard about the shot that you get every 3 months and that interested me. But I recently stopped taking my birth control because I want to pursue in the shot. So how long do you have to be off the pill before you can start getting the shot?
