Birth control opinions

Okay before I even start I don't want people to tell me how much of a wrong decision I'm making because it is my choice and I'll have to live with the consequences if things go wrong. That said my boyfriend and I love having sex without a condom. It feels much better for the both of us. I'm on birth control and have yet to miss a day but the times has varied because it was affecting my sleep but has been pretty consistent here recent as I can sleep. I know I should be using more that this to protect myself. He never comes in me because the boy can last forever (not complaining). Would this be enough to protect me from precum and whatnot?
