EXTREMELY itchy, irritated nipples
I've had chronically itchy nipples since July last year and I just don't know why.
I keep my bras clean and I'm very good with personal hygiene.
I'm honestly starting to think that it's eczema.
Basically, they itch so bad that I want to rip them off. They'll be very dry, which makes them itchy, and then they'll bleed and ooze after I itch them and crust up and get dry and flaky again. It's a vicious circle and can be very painful at times.
Has anyone ever had this happen to them?
If so, what did you do?
I'm not pregnant or breastfeeding or anything like that.
