IUDs and the DivaCup
I'm trying to decide what kind of IUD to get but I have heard a lot about women getting really bad cramps. Right now I have little to no cramps, I use pads, and I have never given birth but I did miscarry. I was hoping someone could recommend an IUD.
I was also thinking that maybe if I pair the IUD wit the DivaCup then maybe the cramps will decrease.... Or maybe just not happen at all. I hate pain... 😬😬😬😬
