Hubby sperm count

Me and my husband have been trying to get pregnate for a while and noting so we went to the Dr and she did a sperm count and said it was low are their ways to increase his sperm I been doing research but not really finding anything I can really believe to be true we go back to Dr on the 22nd but just seeing if anyone else has this problem and found actual solutiond
