What have you used/done to get your BFP? Please! Any advice would be great!

I'm 30, DH is 25. We miscarried in December and have been trying ever since with no luck. Has anything worked for any of you that gave you a BFP? I've heard of Geritol and Fertility tea. I think I'm going to try these two.

Exercise, not necessarily for weight loss but to destress. I really believe it made the difference after 1 year of ttc. Good luck.
