98th percentile growth?

I am 27 weeks and 5 days and I got my first measurement done two days ago. I was looking at the paper and it says my baby is in the 98th percentile for growth! Does this mean he is going to be huge? Can this change?

Background: I'm overweight but I have only gained 12 pounds this whole pregnancy, I don't have gestational diabetes nor am I at risk, I am healthy in every way except for my weight and even then I'm not too bad. What does this mean for me and my baby? It's a boy if that makes a difference at all
