Over thinking or possibility

Since my fertile window at the begining of this week the past few days iv had heart burn at the same time every night around 2am, I used to always sleep on my stomach now it doesn't feel comfortable and have small cramps (that could be normal) coincidence or over thinking looking into every detail too much?
