Septate removal
Having septate resection surgery 3/31/16. Very nervous! DH and I have been trying to conceive for 23 months + (2 rounds of Clomid) with no luck. The dr is hoping to unblock my left fallopian tube and clean up endometriosis during the septate resectionsurgery. Anyone else have a similar story and fall pregnant soon after?
