This sounds selfish and i hate how horrible I'm going to sound, but in this situation i would focus on the fact I'd have to live with this person until the lease it up.

I'd avoid contact with him and the two girls, so I'd never be put in a situation where I was asked anything. I know that probably would be difficult. I'd also start looking into a different living situation

I mean you can ask him what's up, but unless you are friends with one of the girls it's not your business to tell them

I would stay out of it. Maybe he's not exclusive with anyone. Maybe they know. Maybe they're in the dark. Who knows. I wouldn't worry over it because you still have to live with him, so i wouldn't make waves. But unless you know he's "exclusive" with one of them, I don't see the big deal.
