Okay girls! I just joined a gym for the first time ever and I really love going but I always find myself on the same machines and I don't feel like I'm making as much progress as I should be. I have never really played sports or worked out growing up so I would really love any advice that could come my way! I look on the Internet and find some things that seem helpful but most everything is about losing weight and I mainly want to focus on gaining energetic and toning up.
