How do I deal with it

This is going to be long so bare with me

I met this boy name Devin I fell in "love" with him. So after like 5 months we did something I shouldn't have him done. Later that day I found out that it was just a bet that he had with his best friend who was my "best friend". And he spread it around the whole school people call me a hoe ,thot and other things and I am depressed and lonely.
