Blood after sex?!

On Friday my boyfriend and I had sex when he pulled out there was blood on his penis. I went to the bathroom and whipped and there was a good amount of blood, it's never happened before.  He did go rougher then usual but why would I bleed? It wasn't the first time we've had sex either.

It happens, especially if you are rougher than usual. It's easy to irritate the inside of your vagina and can occur if there is dryness among many other reasons. I've even experienced bleeding after having a Pap smear. Just keep an eye on it in case it continues over the next few days. Speaking from experience, there shouldn't be anything to worry about :)

That's only happened to me either a few days before my period is due or a few days after my period has ended. But I'm sure it can happen if he was more rough than normal. You can always ask a doc to check you out though.
