How much crying is too much

So my SO has blatantly asked me for his permission to start bedding other women since my sex drive has declined in my last semester. Of course I told him no im not gonna give him that go ahead. That's me purposely holding a knife's blade. He gonna do it anyways and telling me not to dig his phone up for evidence.... we just got home and ended up in a heated argument cause I said im not gonna live like that I'd rather be alone.

He started yelling at me about me knowing what its like to b a side chick because back in college to this older man.... so he doesnt see what my problem is.. he said I can stop cooking for him, I dont need to do his laundry n I can feed myself. He will pay the rent til when his daughter is born n stormed out. So someone please tell me how much crting crying is healthy.. I dont wanna hurt my baby
