The First Pap

Okay! So I went to a new doctor today because I just moved towns. So we sat there and filled out my personal information and soon enough the question of a Pap smear came up! I've only been sexual active for about a year so no I haven't had one so away went and had one! She also did further swabbing for a lot of deseases and so on. But I must say my first time was uncomfortable when it came to the scrubbing. She also suggested I do more testing for things like HIV and all that and got a blood test! I write this as I know it's important to keep healthy and that its okay to be nervous but don't be scared of doing it! Get a doctor you trust and it will be fine! I went straight to a female doctor cause really they know how we feel! 🎀
