"Just friends" advice ladies?

So me & my ex boyfriend broke up about 2 months ago. & im the one who broke up with him. & so anyways I didn't feel like I liked him as much as I thought. Well oneday he came over and I wanted to just kiss him so bad. & I did once. But after that I said you gotta leave. With that being said, he left. But also it was weird with him at my house with me. I haven't talked to him since then. Anyways, Well I've known this guy for a while now he's 23 I'm 18. & we rode around a couple times and I really like him. But he's the type to not date I guess? I'm not sure but, I really like him. He says he can't date girls bc he likes having his own time. & he's an asshole so he says. But I don't know what to do! I want him to want me! Any advice?
