How to find a dr?

I have insurance through my job. It has mental health coverage, but it's so confusing. I looked for a dr awhile back, but I got so discouraged I quit looking. I had reached a point then that I needed help. I reached out to my family dr and now need a new one of those because I discovered that one was a moron. My endocrinologist helped and prescribed me a medication that did help some, but it made me so tired I could barely function. I need someone that can help talk me through depression and anxiety and possibly Medicate me if I need it. I don't want medication, but I do have a couple different things that mess with hormones and stuff so I realize it may be needed. Any suggestions on what to do? I am in Ohio.
