Should I be concerned?

I was wearing a Playtex liner. I got home from school, went to change the liner, grabbed the end, looked at my hand, and clear gel stuff was there. The liner split a little bit at the top edge and the absorbant stuff was coming out! I kinda cleaned myself with wet toilet paper (which are really good wipes if you can't get your hands on them) but I'm still concerned. Is it fine? I saw some in my underwear as well. It wasn't a ton but enough to make me worry I got some inside me. Thank you ^^
