Fast hair growth 😔

How do i get my legs to not grow hair so fast i will literally shave the night before nd the next day its strong dark little pricklies nd i haaaaaate it nd also my legs will never stay soft they just always feel so rough especially after shavingn in the shower. I have a big problem with consistancy when it comes to puttin lotion on nd stuff like that. Are there other ways to keep my legs soft nd shiny😞
