Shedding problem

Ive noticed that my hair always seems to be fallin out. Not to the point where i have bald spots or anything i have dark brown very thick shoulder long hair and i feel like everywhere i go, strands of hair always fall off. I vaccum my house and most of it is my hair that falls off. Its really annoying and i dont know what it is or what i can do to tone it down or something its really bothering me. I cant even run my fingers through my hair without hair coming off. Anyone?
