2 year old Dog is acting quite jealous!
Hey ladies,
So our 2 year old male husky has been getting a bit jealous and bored lately... He throws up bile once in a while and kind of sits by the door waiting for my husband to come home. He does come up to me and our 10 month old son but I always have to tell him nicely to not lick our son's face.
Anyways, I'm 6 months pregnant with our second baby and it's getting a bit hard having to take him for walks or to the dog park everyday as it's also pretty cold out and if it's not snowing, we get freezing rain. I try to take him out whenever it's dry out.
My husband is also gone 12-14 hours a day. So it can make the day long...
Any suggestions other than paying someone to walk him?
I do make him do puzzles to get treats but he often just chews the puzzle pieces and he has a Kong too that I fill up with peanut butter too.
We have a backyard but if I leave him out there longer than just for a pee or poop he will dig. 😅
I feel so bad for him because I can't get down on the floor and wrestle with him for obvious reasons lol!!!
I try and include him with everything I do too.
