Any ideas on what's happening to me?

I'm sitting in class today and I turn my head sideways to talk to someone and I get extremely dizzy! My head fell over to the right a bit and I almost passed out! Everything went in slow motion for about 2 seconds and then I was completely fine! It happened again 20 minutes later but less severe. I don't know what's wrong with me, anyone have thoughts on what could be happening?
