No movement, is that normal?

I'm 20 weeks and 5 days with my baby girl and I still haven't felt any movement from her.... It's freaking me out! Is this normal? Am I just over reacting? Or is there a bigger issue here?

Don't worry! It took me SO LONG to even figure out the difference between my baby kicking and my stomach gurgling. You'll feel your baby kicks soon enough! Then when you're in third trimester and trying to sleep at 2am, your little one will think it's a perfect time to start swim practice ... :)

I'm 19 weeks and 3 days and still haven't felt anything other than a gas pressure that moves in my belly. Maybe the baby maybe not... I'm with you girl! Just want to feel that first kick!

My sister in law said she never felt a thing till 22 weeks. I've been feeling some for a while but it's still not very often or consistent. When I went to my 20 week ultrasound yesterday she told me I have an anterior placenta so I'm only able to feel the strong kicks but not everything else yet even though he's moving around a lot.

Don't worry, Youll feel her soon ! My grandma says that girls take more time to kick! I didn't feel my baby girl until I was almost 22 weeks & it was so soft that i was undecided whether it was her or not ! now at 27 weeks she loves to kick and twist & turn especially in the night when I try to sleep 😁💘

I started feeling my baby at 16 weeks. But some people don't until 20+ weeks!

My midwife told me that I probably wouldn't feel my baby until 22+ weeks since I'm a ftm. I started feeling her at 16 constantly but everyone keeps telling me I am super lucky to feel her this early and as constant as I do.

I wouldn't worry if I were you though.  As long as all your check ups are going go and your doctor says everything is okay. You will feel baby eventually. Good luck to you!

I have an anterior facing placenta so I didn't feel baby boy move till 24 weeks. It's all normal! My OB said anywhere between 21-26 weeks. You'll feel it soon enough!
